AerComTec International, Inc.
is a privately held South Carolina corporation, founded in 1997, to exploit the
power of the Internet for providing mobile asset tracking, automatic vehicle
location (AVL), remote monitoring and mobile security alarm reporting, through
its AerTrax wireless information systems. The Company's proprietary AerTrax
Systems utilizes the US Department of Defense's Global Positioning

communications networks to deliver data to the AerComTec Network Management
Center (NMC). The NMC converts the data into client-specific information that
is automatically delivered over the Internet. The Company derives its revenue
from the sale of its AerTrax Systems and the recurring monthly service fees.
